How often should I visit the dentist?
Patients of all ages are encouraged to visit our team at least twice a year. These preventive dental visits allow our team to prevent many common oral health concerns and diagnose and treat others in the earliest stages maintaining optimal oral health.
Can I bring my whole family to your office?
We encourage patients to bring their families to our team for care. We are happy to schedule appointments for the whole family on the same day for your convenience.
Do you offer appointments outside of regular working hours?
We are happy to schedule evening appointments until 7 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and are open on select Saturdays by appointment. This allows us to care for our patients on their schedule. Not ours.
What is periodontal disease?
Periodontal (gum) disease occurs when plaque or tartar buildup around the gum line irritates the soft tissue causing sores and breaking down the fibrous connection between teeth and gums. We offer a number of treatment options to keep smiles healthy and reverse damage caused by gum disease.
Do I need oral cancer screening if I don’t smoke?
We recommend that all adults receive oral cancer screenings as part of their six month dental checkups. While high risk behaviors like smoking or chewing tobacco increase the odds that patients will suffer from oral cancer, as much as 30% of those diagnosed don’t take part in any of these activities.
What if I have an emergency?
Contact our team right away if you experience a dental emergency. We’re happy to help patients when they need us most in order to preserve oral health and reduce pain.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network provider for Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield, but we’re happy to process and file claims for any insurance provider in order to ensure optimal coverage.
